^^^ That answer tells me that there definitely is a market for local music.........the people are saying "THEY want it" , so I guess we have to find a way to get it to them.

Does the radio actually play what people want to hear or just what they want people to hear. Money talks. Local artists would be played more if there was more money behind it. B-More is doing much better than the Bean cause local artists are hardly ever played and it's not that we don't have any good ones or that no one is interested. Money just puts everything in motion.

92Q is playing more and more local artists though, not in the regular rotation, but records are getting burn. They ARE listening, it just takes time.

I like that they asked that though, they must be getting innundated with requests, and Squirrel Wide is riding for us.

I guest if you cop a Rod Lee or a K-Swift beat though, you get a pass.
